We are back with Boutiques Singapore for The Gifting Edition. Here are a few things to take note of when you come to see us!
1. How many exclusive designs will be available at the event?
While we previously mentioned 3 exclusive designs, we’re excited to share that we’ve added 1 more to the collection. This year, there will be 4 exclusive designs available at Boutiques Singapore.
2. Are there sizes to try on if the shoes are sold out?
Yes, we’ve reserved sizes 35 to 41 for each design, so you’ll be able to try them on even if certain sizes are sold out.
3. Will I be able to take the shoes home at the event?
Due to limited storage space, we’ll have stock available for most designs at the event. For those that aren’t immediately available, we offer free delivery from our HQ, with delivery completed within 5 to 8 working days after the event.
4. Will the collection be launched online if I’m unable to attend Boutiques Singapore?
The collection will be exclusively available at Boutiques Singapore first, with priority given to in-person customers.
The collection will also be launched online as Made to Order on the 22nd Nov. Any remaining stock will be fulfilled for online customers once the event concludes.
5. How long will Made to Order take?
Made to Order typically takes 1.5 to 2 months to fulfill. Orders placed before 1st December will be prioritized to arrive before Chinese New Year, we are hoping to deliver them to you before 15th January 2025, though delivery may be earlier or later than expected.
Please place your order only if you’re comfortable with the wait. Made to Order will close on 9th December.
6. Will there be any discounts?
At Commune Wear, we prioritize quality and timeless design in every pair. As such, we do not offer discounts, focusing instead on delivering thoughtfully crafted, lasting pieces.
7. Can I use shop credit?
Unfortunately, shop credit cannot be used during Boutiques Singapore. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Can I exchange a shoe I’ve purchased at Boutiques Singapore?
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so we encourage you to buy only if you truly love the design. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges for size issues within 14 days of purchase, as long as the shoes are unworn, unused, and in their original cloth bags.
