We offer free repair service on our shoes, such as glueing of your shoes, or punching holes of leather strap. Please contact us at hello@communewear.com and we will check for you if your pair is a good fit for restoration.
Please be aware that your repaired shoes should be collected two weeks following your notification. Please understand that we cannot assume liability for any uncollected pairs beyond this timeframe.
Kindly note that while we are unable to take responsibility for any existing scratches, dents, or damage that may occur during the repair process, especially on previously worn pairs.
Do note that for extensive repair it will take about 2 - 2.5 months.
